Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by Top Auto Logistics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Top Auto Logistics. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Top Auto Logistics provides vehicle transportation services including but not limited to:

• Open and enclosed auto transport
• Door-to-door and terminal-to-terminal delivery
• Domestic and international vehicle shipping
• Expedited transport services
• Specialty vehicle transport (luxury, classic, exotic vehicles)
• Military and student relocation services

We act as a broker to arrange transportation services with licensed and insured carriers. We do not own or operate transport trucks.

Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your transport agreement.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks. Payment details will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your vehicle. Payment must be made directly to the carrier unless otherwise specified.

Pricing: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, accessibility, and market conditions. Any changes will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once a carrier has been assigned. If you cancel before carrier assignment, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative fees.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle including make, model, year, condition, and modifications
• Ensure the vehicle is in operable condition (unless otherwise specified as inoperable)
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle (up to 100 lbs in the trunk may be permitted)
• Have no more than 1/4 tank of fuel in the vehicle
• Provide valid contact information and be available for pickup and delivery
• Inspect the vehicle thoroughly upon delivery and note any discrepancies on the Bill of Lading
• Ensure all required documents (title, registration, keys) are available

Carrier Insurance: All carriers are required to maintain cargo insurance and liability coverage. Insurance certificates are available upon request.

Claims Process: Any damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Failure to document damage may result in claim denial. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Limitations: Insurance does not cover personal belongings, pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage caused by acts of God. The carrier's insurance liability is limited to the actual cash value of the vehicle.

Broker Liability: As a broker, Top Auto Logistics arranges transportation with third-party carriers. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. Our liability is limited to ensuring carriers meet our vetting standards.
